The details
3-Month Minimum Commitment: After the initial 3 months, we’ll reassess your plan to ensure the allocated hours are meeting your needs.
Set Weekly Hours: Each plan includes a fixed number of hours per week. If the work required exceeds your allocated hours, I’ll inform you in advance so you can prioritize deadlines. Any extra hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate and invoiced at the start of the following month.
Unused Hours: Hours that are not used by the end of the week will expire, helping me manage time and ensure consistent availability for your projects.
Monthly Invoicing: An invoice will be sent on the 1st of each month, due by the 10th. It will cover your retainer for the month and any additional charges from the previous month.
